Shey is a thinking tool that helps founders process their thoughts through AI-powered annotations. Shey is not a financial advisor, legal counsel, therapist, or substitute for professional advice. The annotations, observations, and suggestions Shey provides are meant to sharpen your thinking, not replace your judgment.
You retain ownership of everything you write in Shey. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your notebook entries, context, and ideas belong to you.
Shey's annotations (margin notes, highlights, side notes, bottom notes) are generated outputs of the service. You may use them however you wish.
You agree not to:
When you create or join a Napkin, you share your entries with other members of that napkin. You are responsible for the content you contribute. Napkin creators are responsible for managing membership via invite links.
We aim to keep Shey available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on Shey's annotations or suggestions. You use the service at your own risk.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify existing users through the app. Continued use of Shey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
